As a Head of Department or in a supervisory role directing workers, it is your responsibility to ensure their safety. The greatest threat to their safety are the hazards in working alone or in isolation.

Please click here to see our Working Alone, Stay Safe Policy and worksheet.

The Union is now expecting our Security Captains to have a working alone plan and risk assessment in place. Please engage your employer to support your efforts to do so. If you are having difficulties in implementing or not having the support of your employer, please contact Field Steward Darrin Pearson dpearson@teamsters155.org as soon as possible.

You have the full support of your Union.

Please help us create a safer workplace for our brothers and sisters in the Security Division.
