Entry to membership requires proper qualification, satisfactory work experience in the jurisdiction, letters of recommendation from supervisors, and a commitment to union principles.

*Per the language in B1.11 of the Master Agreement, Drivers and Security are eligible to move up to Group 1 after seven (7) years in Group 2.
