Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a Trade Union Context
Course Overview:
This course introduces the key concepts of unconscious bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on how they apply within unionized workplaces. Participants will explore intersectionality, reflect on their own experiences, and take part in open and respectful discussions. Together, we’ll identify practical steps to support inclusive practices in both our work and everyday lives.
